What you will do:

Process and maintain customer orders and invoices accurately
Compile data and generate reports as needed
Manage quotes, work orders, and customer communications
Post payments, verify deposits, and reconcile AR transactions
Prepare shipping and invoicing documents for orders
Maintain organized customer records and files

What you will need to be successful:

2-year degree preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Impressive typing and Microsoft Office skills
Experience in accounts receivable and sales administration
Proficient with accounting software; experience with ERP systems is preferred
