Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical Expertise)

Location: Hazleton, PA
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: $32–$35 per hour + Overtime Pay
Bonus: $1,250 Signing/Retention Bonus
Status: Full-Time

We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to join our growing team in Hazleton, PA. In this key role, you’ll help keep our fully automated production lines running safely and efficiently — supporting a company that values your expertise, rewards your effort, and invests in your long-term success.

This is a day-shift position with steady hours, great pay, and the chance to work with a collaborative, skilled maintenance team.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems on advanced, automated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with automation, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power systems.
• Support plastic bulk conveying and plastics processing operations.
• Apply knowledge of water flow, heat transfer, and system optimization.
• Perform welding and basic electrical repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Plant Management to ensure continuous improvement.
• Uphold strict safety standards and promote a clean, efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or processing preferred).
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and proactive work ethic.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional overtime.
