Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop a comprehensive initial Individualized Behavior Plan (IBP), create teaching programs and data collection forms, update IBP, and weekly graphs.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 12-15 clients (comprehensive) based on BACB caseload guidelines.
- Provide services and bill agreed upon hours per week.
- Provide initial training and ongoing monthly training (minimum) to all stakeholders on the Individualized Behavior Plan and program data collection forms.
- Oversee the quality of ABA therapy services that are rendered by Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- At minimum ensure 5% supervision (AKA 1:1 Direction to RBT) of direct services rendered by an RBT.
- Maintain a ratio of 25% indirect to 75% direct services for each client.
- Analyze available data to help determine course of treatment.
- Maintain required documentation in the form of Progress notes on a daily basis.
- Conduct fidelity assessments to ensure the Individualized Behavior Plan is implemented as written.
- Complete and monitor caregiver goals. Utilize observation and feedback forms.
- Conduct caregiver training at least monthly.
- Seek assistance and training to maintain certification and stay abreast of most current and effective treatment.
- Provide services within the center and then ensure generalization into other settings, situations, and people. Provide at least 1 in home ABA therapy services a month if receiving center-based services, if needed.
- Monitor progress and collaborate with other professionals.
- Provide ongoing oversight including ongoing training, feedback, and support.
- Educate caregivers on the progress by reviewing the data/graphs of the goals with them on a monthly basis at least.
- Attend monthly Collaboration TEAM meetings and Peer Reviews.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with other professionals on an as needed basis to ensure generalization and consistency with plan implementation.
- Consult with the supervisor as needed.
- Maintain all required documentation either online, on computer, or in a locked filing cabinet per insurance requirements.
- Abide by all HIPAA guidelines and BACB guidelines.
- Adhere to ZÖe Center for ABA and Developmental Services Policy and Procedures.

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, frequent sitting, standing and walking, may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry clients. Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and or moving up to 25 pounds.
