Al Workflow and Automation Developer

We’re looking for a technically strong builder to help us create custom AI/GPT workflows and automations across our business. You’ll take our internal workflow ideas and translate them into working tools using ChatGPT, APIs, and data integrations (Google Sheets, ERP systems, CRMs, etc.).

This is not a research role — it’s about practical implementation. You’ll be the person who can make ideas real.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom GPTs, prompts, and workflows.
• Connect GPTs to internal systems via APIs (Google Sheets etc.).
• Automate repetitive business processes and reporting.
• Translate workflow diagrams/ideas into technical solutions.
• Document workflows and provide basic training for end-users.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Comfortable with automation tools (Zapier, Make, LangChain, or similar).
• Experience working with structured data (Excel/Sheets, databases).
• Clear communicator — able to take workflow instructions and turn them into code.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with OpenAI API or other LLMs.
• UI/UX basics (can build simple dashboards/interfaces).
• Prior experience building internal business tools.
