Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking to hire an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative in Arlington, TX! In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, and special requests. You will take orders via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins, ensuring accuracy and excellent service throughout the process. Additionally, you will support customers during order pickups and help process payments when needed. This position also involves resolving customer service issues such as providing ship dates, tracking information, and addressing concerns related to orders. Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of Office experience
• Must have sales experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Must have typing score of 6,000 kph
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 25lbs

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
