This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced office environment and be the professional face and voice of our company.
The Role at a Glance
- Duration: Approximately 3 months (Temporary Assignment)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Start Date: Within the next couple of weeks
- Location: Port St. Lucie HOA
What You'll Be Doing
You will be the central hub of our office, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- First Point of Contact: Warmly greeting and directing all visitors and clients.
- Call Management: Expertly managing a multi-line phone system, including transferring, forwarding, and taking accurate messages with impeccable phone etiquette.
- Communication & Scheduling: Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments or meetings.
- Administrative Support: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies, and performing other light administrative tasks as needed.
- Multitasking: Successfully juggling multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

- Tech Savviness: Solid, functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, contacts) is essential.
