The Role at a Glance

  • Duration: Approximately 3 months (Temporary Assignment)
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the central hub of our office, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: Warmly greeting and directing all visitors and clients.
  • Call Management: Expertly managing a multi-line phone system, including transferring, forwarding, and taking accurate messages with impeccable phone etiquette.
  • Communication & Scheduling: Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments or meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies, and performing other light administrative tasks as needed.
  • Multitasking: Successfully juggling multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Proven Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Tech Savviness: Solid, functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, contacts) is essential.
  • Office Phone Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate a sophisticated, multi-line office phone system (e.g., call forwarding, conferencing, transferring).
  • Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to commit to the full three-month duration.
