Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys with 4–18 years of California civil litigation experience to join our rapidly growing national defense firm. Positions are available for Associate Attorneys, Senior Counsel, and Non-Equity Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions (including summary judgment), and trial briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Serve as second chair in trials.
• Collaborate with skilled trial teams to develop creative and strategic defenses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of California civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with catastrophic injury, product liability, or complex defense cases preferred.
