Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Piscataway, NJ. This is a contract position that requires working onsite full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing and be comfortable using Oracle software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle software
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
