Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hematologist/Oncologist to diagnose and treat -Malignant Hematology, to join our dynamic team and help us build out our malignant hematology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating blood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Become a part of our adoptive immunotherapy program with Bispecific T cell Engagers for myeloma and lymphoma and help us develop our CAR T-cell program. Collaborate with the Hillman Cancer team in Pittsburgh to establish a comprehensive acute leukemia diagnosis and treatment program. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient care, participation in clinical trials, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Join us as we kick off our new oncology fellowship program in July 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with malignant hematologic disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical research and trials.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification/eligibility in Hematology and/or Oncology.
- Valid medical license to practice in PA or eligible for licensing.
- Strong clinical and research background in malignant hematology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
