Radiology Physician

Premier Physician Services is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Diagnostic/Breast Radiologist to join our dynamic team supporting a Missouri-based healthcare system. This role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days remote).

We re looking for a physician who values precision, collaboration, and compassionate care someone eager to contribute to a multidisciplinary team while enjoying a balanced workweek with no weekends or overnight shifts.

️ Position Overview:
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099); Competitive Wage
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Work Format: Hybrid (onsite/remote)
• Location: Blue Springs, (MO Medical License Required)
• Technology: EPIC EMR INFINITT PACS

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Image-Guided Breast Biopsies
Including ultrasound-guided and stereotactic procedures
• Patient Consultation & Education
Provide clear, empathetic communication before and after procedures
• Collaborate with Referring Physicians
Ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
• Post-Procedure Monitoring & Follow-Up
Manage recovery and address any complications
• Maintain Accurate Documentation
Ensure thorough records of procedures and patient interactions
• Participate in Quality Assurance Initiatives
Support continuous improvement in clinical care

Qualifications:
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained Mammographer
Will consider non BC if certain criteria has been met
• MQSA Certified
• Valid Missouri medical license
• Proficiency in breast biopsy techniques
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
