• Thursday and Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm, with flexibility for 4-5 days
• 20 patients per day
• Family primary care practice
• Total patient census over 5600 -- primarily 45+ age group
• Hospital privileges required
• 4-month assignment with permanent potential
