Position Title: Litigation Associate - LA, SD, SF
Location: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco | Hybrid
Salary Range: $260,000 - $365,000

Am Law 100 law firm with over 500 attorneys serving clients worldwide. Attorneys combine legal, business and industry insight to help navigate shifting challenges. Advise business leaders, entrepreneurs and investors on pivotal deals, disputes and regulatory matters within core practice areas.

Key Requirements/Responsibilities

• Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our high-profile litigation team

• Candidates should have a comprehensive complex litigation skill set and should be experienced in legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery.

• Be a key team player who will support the growth of the practice, contribute to articles, attend speaking engagements, and participate in other client development activities.

• Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in California

• Must have 3+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
