Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:
- Answer the phone and provide information such as parts price, availability, etc.
- Issue parts and accessories to service technicians/ mechanics for repairs
- Assist walk in customers in purchasing parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
- Order and receive parts and replenish inventory
- Pick up and deliver parts
- Maintain a clean, orderly stock room and work space
Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:
- Experience required
- After market experience a PLUS - AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts,
Napa, O'Reilly - Dealer-Track DMS Experience a plus!!
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid in-state driver's license
