About the Role:
We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to support our Brand and Partnerships Manager influencer and brand partnership initiatives. In this role, you’ll help identify and manage brand, partner and influencer relationships, coordinate campaigns and product gifting, and track performance to ensure successful collaborations. It’s a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who’s organized, communicative, and passionate about building meaningful brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Research & Discovery: Identify and vet potential influencer partners, including requesting media kits, gathering audience insights, and scheduling introductory calls.
2. Contract & Creative Brief Support: Assist in drafting and coordinating influencer agreements and creative briefs to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and brand messaging.
3. Product Coordination: Manage logistics related to product seeding or gifting, including confirming shipping details and coordinating timely delivery.
4. Ongoing Communication & Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with influencers to support content development, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.
5. Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and compile reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
Hard Skills
- Contract & Brief Development: Ability to draft and manage influencer agreements and creative briefs, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and brand messaging.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled in tracking and interpreting campaign metrics—including engagement, reach, and conversions—to evaluate performance and guide future strategy.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with influencers, providing feedback, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and relationships at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and creator culture
Work Schedule:
(Part-time) 30 hours a week, Monday – Friday
- This position may transition to full-time status following a 90-day period, contingent upon performance and budgetary considerations.

Compensation:
As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and education/certification(s). Please note: The hourly rate for this position falls within this predefined rate. If your compensation expectations exceed this range, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying. This ensures alignment between candidate expectations and the role’s budget.
- Base Hourly Rate: $35.00 per hour
