Meat Butcher Special Apprentice

Position Description:

A Meat Butcher Special Apprentice is responsible for providing prompt and friendly customer service. The Butcher Special Apprentice will chop meat to size for display or as ordered by the customer, cut, wrap, trim, produce sausage, packaging and pricing all meat items. 

Will also need to maintain, fill, and stock cases, and receive merchandise in the meat department. 

Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality meat offerings.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
