Housekeeper Needed

At times I will need help organizing maybe instead of cleaning. My home usually stays pretty clean. Its a 2 story but only need the downstairs cleaned. Standard cleaning. I have back issues and sometimes prevents me from putting up things. If you have an eye for helping me get rid of things it would be appreciated. Elderly .
