As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you'll be a crucial part of our community outreach, engaging with homeowners and offering them free, no-obligation quotes for our services.

What You'll Do

• Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

• Conduct door-to-door community outreach to engage with homeowners by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes.

• Meet or exceed goals of 50 leads a week that convert to at least 3 sales per week.

• Work independently while contributing to a competitive and collaborative team environment.

• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Educate homeowners on eco-friendly lawn care practices and integrated pest management.

• This role is a direct path to a promotion! Top performers have the chance to join our lawn care production team in the Spring of 2026.

What We're Looking For

  • ​​​This job requires being outdoors in all weather conditions and walking up to 10 miles a day or more.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly approach.
• The ability to work 40+ hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour.

  • For every 2 leads you generate that turn into sales, your pay increases by $1/hour for the week.
