Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:45PM-11PM Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $17.50 Per Hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This role is primarily responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse and production areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working in tight or narrow spaces and must demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responisibilites:
Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PITs) to move pallets and materials.
Unload incoming shipments and place materials in designated warehouse or production locations.
Transport materials between warehouse and production areas as needed.
Navigate and maneuver materials in narrow warehouse aisles and tight spaces.
Maintain accurate records of materials handled and report discrepancies.
Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues.
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned (cleaning, organizing, etc.).
