Maintenance Tech

The Machine Maintenace position will have the authority and responsibility to accomplish the duties as described below. The mission of this position is to provide service to all areas while striving to improve processes of the company.

Installation of a wide variety of machine tools and other manufacturing equipment
Diagnose, plan, and execute repair on machine tools in an thorough and efficient manner
Perform preventive maintenance on machine tools and other manufacturing equipment.
Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to diagnose and perform repairs
Strong understanding of machine tool programming languages and PLC
Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS-9100, for example).
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and organization(6s)
Work well within a team to achieve minimal downtime of manufacturing equipment
