What You'll Do

• Cover open shifts at Neuro Rehab/DCS/BHSW programs within the Grand Rapids area
• Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence
• Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
• Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Medication Administration/Health Monitoring
• Cooking/Meal Prep/Dietary Support

Qualifications

• Meet one of the below:
  • Certification as a CNA or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) -or-
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D with three years of experience -or-
  • One year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements.
• Work experience in a licensed residential setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
