• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• Licensure Requirements: DEA and CSR required
• Hours: 7 am - 3 pm/Call Hours: 3 pm - 7 am
• Call scheduled? Every 3rd night
• Supervision: All CRNA practice
• Type of cases required: ENDO, OB, GYN, PEDs, General, Vascular, ORTHO, ENT, Acute Pain, Outpatient surgeries. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.
• Number of ORs: 3
