We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Success Client Coordinator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our sales team by helping manage the client experience during the sales process. You’ll join live sales calls, assist with tracking progress through our pipeline, and ensure every detail is captured and executed smoothly.

This is not a sales or cold-calling position — instead, you’ll act as a liaison between sales and operations, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that client touchpoints are seamless and professional.

What You’ll Do

  • Join live sales calls with clients and sales team members
  • Take detailed notes and document next steps and action items
  • Track opportunities and deal stages in the CRM / sales pipeline
  • Follow up on tasks to ensure timely progression through the sales funnel
  • Communicate updates between internal departments (Sales, Ops)
  • Prepare summary reports and organize sales documentation
  • Help optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable joining and participating in professional client-facing calls
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus, but not required
