Fine Jewelry Sales & Client Experience Specialist

Duties include:

• Professional approach and image
• Display a positive and enthusiastic "can do" attitude
• Promptly greet and warmly welcome customers
• Provide outstanding customer service and high-quality shopping experience
• Develop and build lasting relationships with our valued customers
• Engage in conversation with our guests
• Stay current on product knowledge and jewelry related education
• Keep customers informed on new products, merchandise and sales
• Perform store setup and closing operations
• Maintaining an organized, clean and attractive sales floor
• Ability to work within a team environment and independently
• Perform basic store activities to keep store immaculate, safe and inviting

Experience:

• 3-5+ years in RETAIL sales a must
• Experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales
• An interest in fine jewelry and gemstones is a must
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
• Embrace longstanding relationships built over 4 generations with our guests.
• Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks from start to finish
• Must be proficient in POS Systems and have basic math and computer skills
• Ability to learn and retain product information
• Willing to further education in product knowledge through in-store training and workshops
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and ambitious
• Must work well in a team environment
