We are an award-winning Farmers Insurance agency seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Our book of business is 70–80% Latino/Hispanic clients, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our community.
No prior insurance experience is required, we provide full training and mentorship. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, dependable, and eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a respected insurance organization offering auto, home, business, and life insurance products.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Process policy changes, payments, and documentation accurately
Educate customers on coverage options and cross-sell additional policies
Maintain strong client relationships and retention
Support agents with administrative and client service tasks
