Job Title: Landscaper

Location: Oceanside, Ca

Compensation: $20.90/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM; occasional Saturdays on a rotating schedule

Position Overview:
Our client in the Sporting Goods industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our property, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property, including parking lots, greens, and entryways.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the building entryway using power tools, blowers, brooms, and other equipment.
• Ensure all exterior areas are free of litter and hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping, maintenance, or custodial experience required.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and occasionally on Saturdays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Experience operating standard landscaping tools and equipment (power tools, blower, brooms, etc).
