About Us:

We are a vibrant and growing restaurant dedicated to delivering great food, outstanding service, and a memorable guest experience. We’re looking for two key leadership positions to join our team: a Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations.


️‍ Restaurant Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house team and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of service staff
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift management
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly
  • Monitor and manage labor costs and operational budgets
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
  • Uphold company policies and service standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (FOH preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing POS systems and FOH procedures


️‍ Kitchen Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations, food prep, and execution
  • Manage kitchen staff: hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
  • Control inventory, ordering, and food/labor costs
  • Work closely with FOH to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of kitchen or culinary management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proven experience with inventory control and waste reduction
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
  • ServSafe Certification (or willing to obtain)
