Summary:

Join a dynamic retail environment where customers experience a hands-on introduction to cutting-edge products and services. As a Retail Store Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience through service, organization, and teamwork.

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet and triage customers, ensuring timely connection with sales consultants and providing updates to waiting customers.

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and maintaining organized stock areas.

• Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-store environment with fully functioning demo devices and accessories.

• Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-first attitude in all interactions.

• Stay current with product knowledge and technology offerings.

• Perform operational tasks such as pulling daily reports and supporting store management.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Participate in training sessions, team huddles, and ongoing learning.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of retail or related experience preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
