Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team to exceed sales goals and deliver 5-star service.
- Offer every client a personalized, high-touch shopping experience.

- Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual merchandising.
- Plan and host in-store events to bring the brand to life in Miami.
- Analyze KPIs (UPT, ADS, conversion) and translate them into action.

The Person
- 3+ years of experience in premium or luxury retail store management.
- Deep love for fashion, style, and authentic client relationships.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Passionate about being on the floor, setting the tone, and leading by example.
