About the Role:
Pioneer Direct Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable AutoPen Tech to support the setup, production, and quality control of our AutoPen products. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure we meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to a team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up jobs and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and order.

• Keep materials organized and in proper sequence throughout production.

• Detect and correct minor variances to maintain job quality.

• Follow AutoPen operational procedures and safety protocols.

• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 1+ years of experience in mailing, production, or a similar business-related role preferred.

• Positive attitude and a dependable, team-focused mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

• Comfortable with computersfamiliarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive motion tasks.

• Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching as needed.

• Moderate noise work environment.
