Nesco Resource is looking for a Servicing Representative for a full-time, long term assignment with a Company located in Montoursville, PA. The Servicing Representative provides first-in-class support to their customers via phone and other modes of communication regarding their account. This position is temporary and lasting between 6 months to 1 year.
Responsibilities include:
- Confirm identity of customer in accordance with compliance standards.
- Communicate with customers by telephone, email, text or chat regarding their account and provide program information.
- Process payments and answers customer's payment questions.
- Process address changes on customer accounts.
- Answers questions regarding property taxes, limited warranty, vehicle registration and device issues.
- Explain end-of-lease options to customers, make arrangements and reviews with management for approval.
- Initiate outbound calls with customers as needed to resolve issues.
- Document all interactions or transactions on a timely basis such as details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken and next steps needed.
- Administrative processing of incoming/outgoing letters and documents as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency beneficial.
- Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of general office equipment to include faxing, scanning, printing and copying.
Pay is $16.00 per hour.
Operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This position is 40 hours per week.
