We are seeking a full-time General Physiatrist to join our team, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Inpatient responsibilities will involve performing hospital consultations in the intensive care unit and general medical floor. Outpatient responsibilities involve providing care for a wide variety of patients with musculoskeletal, spine, and neurological conditions; amputations; and providing continuity of care for patients who were discharged from our acute inpatient rehabilitation.
Candidates with interest or experience in procedures such as joint injections, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and botulinum toxin injections for spasticity management are welcomed.

- Our , which partners with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, is an inpatient specialty program serving adolescent and adult patients various conditions that includes but not limited to traumatic brain injury, non-traumatic brain injury, stroke, multiple trauma, spinal cord injury, burn, amputation, other neurological conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess (or be eligible for) a current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Minnesota
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- If Board Eligible, must be Board Certified within 4 years from the date of completion of the applicable residency, fellowship or training program
- Current D.E.A. Certificate or be eligible for certificate
- Current Life Support Certification or complete course within 2 months of hire
