Physician / Family Practice / Missouri / Locum or Permanent / Family Medicine Physician needed in Missouri Job

Work Dates Needed: ASAP- ongoing (Interested in longer assignment)
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p- will consider part time
Worksite Setting: Community health Center
Scope of Work: 20 PPD- all ages, procedures a plus- no well women checks (They are the only dental/FP/OB in the county 30 miles away from the closest hospital CMH)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MO licensed, BC or BE- preferred already credentialed with MO Medicaid and Medicare
EMR: Expanse
Pay Rate: $145
