Summary:

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make an outstanding first impression and excellent phone etiquette. Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and reliable, with proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and Practice Management Software. Demonstrated organizational skills in task prioritization and inventory management, ensuring consistent follow-up and punctual attendance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make an outstanding first impression.

• Extremely detail-oriented
• Consistent with organization and follow-up
• Computer proficient (Word, Excel, and Practice Management Software - Modernizing Medicine experience is a plus)
• Inventory management, stocking, and supplying ordering as needed.

• EXCELLENT phone etiquette/customer service
• All other job duties as assigned.
• Attend all required meetings and training as outlined by Bare Dermatology.
• Complete paperwork and other tasks as outlined by Bare Dermatology.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Qualifications:

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience:
• Dermatology: 2 years (Preferred)
• ModMed PM: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service Related
• Skills: Knowledge of EMA/ModMed software strongly preferred

Work Environment:
This position will be based on site in one of our clinics.

Physical Demands:
