Southern Oregon Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Medical Doctor (MD) to join our patient-centered, integrative medical team. Located in the heart of beautiful Southern Oregon, our clinic offers a supportive environment where providers can focus on delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages.

About the Role:

As a primary care physician, you will manage a diverse panel of patients, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes naturopathic doctors, nurse practitioners, and support staff to deliver whole-person care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Emphasize preventative care and patient education
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated, efficient care

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD)
• Board certified or eligible in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Active Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for integrative, patient-focused medicine
