Salary: $120K to $150K
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Metals Division will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the divisions operations, including production, supply chain management, quality control, team leadership, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in metals manufacturing and construction, who can optimize processes, ensure safety compliance, and achieve operational goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the Metals Division team, including Division managers, Project Managers, field operations, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and

Strategic Planning and Development:
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Metals
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic
- Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the divisions budget, ensuring cost-effective
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and financial
Production and Quality Control:
- Oversee the fabrication and production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of metal projects.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high
- Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication and production issues
Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
- Manage the supply chain to ensure the availability of raw materials and

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the metals or construction
- Proven track record of leadership and team
- Strong understanding of fabrication and production processes, quality control, and supply chain
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong financial acumen and budget management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
