Director, Metals Division

Salary: $120K to $150K

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Metals Division will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the divisions operations, including production, supply chain management, quality control, team leadership, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in metals manufacturing and construction, who can optimize processes, ensure safety compliance, and achieve operational goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage the Metals Division team, including Division managers, Project Managers, field operations, and support staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and

Strategic Planning and Development:

• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Metals

Financial Management:

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the metals or construction
• Proven track record of leadership and team
• Strong understanding of fabrication and production processes, quality control, and supply chain
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong financial acumen and budget management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
