Director of Finance Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of experience in progressive finance or accounting roles
• At least two years of leadership experience in a supervisory level accounting position within a casino
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Great Plains, and General Ledger software or similar systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with guests, team members, and management

Director of Finance Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in developing and implementing internal controls
• Familiarity with financial reporting and project deadlines
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for operational assessments
• Proven track record of maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities and external auditors
