1. Assist with construction: 

Help with the construction, installation of structures like walls, frames, and fixtures. 

1. Prepare materials: 

Measure, mark, cut, and shape materials such as wood and metal siding. 

1. Tool and equipment management: 

Maintain and clean tools and equipment. 

1. Site maintenance: 

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and performing cleanup duties. 

1. Follow instructions: 

Read and follow instructions, plans, and directions from lead ensure work is completed to specifications. 

1. Support skilled trades: 

Provide support to employees and other tradespeople by holding materials, drilling holes, and assisting with other tasks as needed. 

1. Safety compliance: 

Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations on the job site. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Previous experience in a construction or carpentry-related role is Preferred.

1. Tool proficiency: Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. 
2. Physical ability: Must have strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials. 
3. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials is helpful. 
4. Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
