Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Broke his hip in May and since he's been in rehab or hospital. Rehab/nursing facility he kept getting infections due to them not keeping him clean and such. He's getting over an infection now. He's not weight bearing right now. My mom needs help taking care of him. About the care needs: Someone in 30s to 40s, loves elderly and taking care of them, kind and compassionate, great personality. Can assist with lifting and using hoyer lift, bathing, turning?
