Part-Time Accounting Consultant

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization seeking a Part-Time Accounting Consultant to assist their team. This position will require 10-20 hours per week and can have some hybrid flexibility.

About the Organization:

• Founded over 40 years ago, they expanded their programming in the past five years to reflect the community changes since the pandemic
• They support a large population of people in North Central Massachusetts with a variety of programs
• Great longevity on the team--many employees have 15+ years in their tenure

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Accounting Consultant:

• Enter accounting information to QuickBooks Online
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare billing invoices to funders
• Own the month-end close including creating journal entries

Background Expected of the Part-Time Accounting Consultant:

• 5+ years in a Senior Accountant role or higher
• Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
• Experience in nonprofit organizations and with QuickBooks Online are both preferred

Hourly Rate:
$45-55/hr depending on experience
