Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans and ensure patient safety during procedures.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment for optimal performance.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.

• Utilize pipelines to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

• Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.

• Monitor and evaluate patient responses during imaging procedures.

• Communicate effectively with patients to alleviate concerns.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

• Assist in training new staff on MRI procedures and protocols.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid MRI technologist certification and state licensure required.

• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Experience in performing MRI scans with a focus on patient safety.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.

• Proven track record of achieving performance targets.

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain MRI equipment effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and support.

• Ability to document and report imaging results promptly and accurately.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient care.

• Willingness to assist in training new staff on MRI protocols.
