Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My mother has be diagnosed with dementia and is having some trouble with memory. She is pretty active as far as getting herself dressed and washed up - but she doesn't eat regularly or remember to take her medication - even when we fill the boxes she doesn't refill properly. Also she needs help with some cleaning. not sure if they do that as well. About the care needs: Light hearted, Kind, funny Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
