About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist who loves working with both people and pets. This role is all about creating a positive first impression and helping clients feel at ease while ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.

If you’re someone who enjoys being the smiling face that brightens someone’s day — and you can juggle phone calls, appointment schedules, and wagging tails all at once — this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Process payments and explain services or product information
• Support the veterinary team with daily administrative needs
• Help create an atmosphere of compassion, teamwork, and trust

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service or veterinary experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and shared weekends/holidays
