Pay Range: $22–$24 per hour + Commission

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office & Showroom Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative and sales support to our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain an exceptional showroom experience, and assist with order coordination from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, emails, and showroom visitors.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and assisting clients with product information.
• Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure an inviting and professional appearance.
• Schedule showroom appointments, deliveries, and customer pickups.
• Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and general administrative tasks.
• Support management and the sales team with data entry, filing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role.
• Experience in cabinetry, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM or QuickBooks experience is an asset.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $20–$24/hour
• 1.5% commission on qualifying sales
