Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Physical Therapist for a day shift Home Health position requiring licensure in WI or MI.
Responsibilities- Home Health setting serving patients in the community
- Day shift schedule
- Use of electronic medical record with laptop provided
- Care conference meetings held as part of team communication
- Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients and delegating to PTAs when appropriate
- Completion of all required documentation for regulatory and reimbursement purposes is expected
- Training provided in documentation systems and paperwork processes
- Business casual dress code is required
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license required in WI or MI based on location
- Experience in Home Health setting preferred
- License required if applicable
