Production Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

We’re looking for a Production Assistant to support our event design and rental team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced — you’ll help prep rentals and materials, assist with balloon and décor installations, load and unload vehicles, and keep our inventory and warehouse organized. On event days, you’ll work with the crew to set up and strike installations, ensuring everything meets our design standards.

The right candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. You don’t need balloon experience to start — just a strong work ethic, ability to follow direction, and willingness to learn our methods.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 20 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Own a personal vehicle
• Speaks English
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: on call
• Available to work: early morning
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: late at night
• Available to work: holidays
• Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
• Willing to travel locally
• 2-3 years of total work experience
