Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated shift General Laborer to join their team. As a shift General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Palmyra, MO

Pay Range: 15.80

Shift:2nd

What's the Job?

• Operate one or two machines simultaneously to support production processes
• Ensure products are properly packed or palletized for shipment
• Monitor and maintain the correct functioning of machines during operation
• Cut excess plastic from parts to meet quality standards
• Assemble boxes and lift or stack filled product boxes for shipment

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours during shifts
• Willingness to work in a hot environment, especially during summer months
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
