4 x 8 shifts plus on call 1-2 times per week/every 4th weekend.
Surgery Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA)
RNFA need:
a. Maintains certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR)
b. Successful course completion of additional educational preparation specific to the role of RNFA including a supervised clinical component.
