Manufacturing Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: 17/h

Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to support production goals.
• Gather, record, and analyze production information to optimize processes.
• Perform repairs and retests for products and manufacturing facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the use of machine control systems and ensure their proper application in manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and verify documentation for machine control systems to support manufacturing requirements.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge and experience with principles, procedures, and work routines in manufacturing environments.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a related manufacturing role or vocational training.
• Ability to operate specialized machines, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
