$70,000 - $74,000 annually
$5,000 Sign on bonus
Candidates with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) limited permit are welcomed to apply! Our agency supports your professional growth by covering costs associated with provisional licensure, the licensing exam, and final licensure fees. Candidates must be willing to become licensed.


Position Summary: The Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.

The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide treatments to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit. The mental health professionals will individualize treatment interventions to the child/family and use evidence-based practices to address identified clinical and family system needs to help improve the well-being of the youth and strengthen family dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
  • Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community
  • Skill Development
  • Stabilization Support for Youth and Families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
Education:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
  • Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or similar required
Experience:
  • Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required
