We are looking to hire a Production Worker to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Neenah, WI. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, good attendance, excellent teamwork, AND willingness and ability to learn and grow.  

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $23.00

What's the Job?

• Assist in the production process to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support team members in various tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work 2nd shift - M - F; 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Commitment to following safety and quality standards.
